6. Response times
Place des Epices undertakes to reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

7. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union
Place des Epices informs you that it has recourse to its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and are responsible for communicating data collected via the various forms on the Site (with the exception of the form enabling you to exercise your data protection rights, which is offered and operated by Place des Epices).
Place des Epices has previously ensured that its service providers provide adequate guarantees and comply with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection. In particular, we have verified that there is a legal basis for transferring data to a third country.
