Organic lime zest

Limes, also known as limes or acid limes, are the fruit of the lime tree, a member of the Rutaceae botanical family (like grapefruits and limes). Two species are known:Citrus aurantifolia andCitrus latifolia.

Contrary to popular belief, limes are not "unripe" lemons; they are, however, harvested before they are ripe.
