How to use your Baya mill

Welcome to the pepper ceremony! Place the mill in front of you, unscrew the beautiful locking knob and remove the cast-iron cap from the mill stem. Fill the mill with a fine Kampot black pepper. Close, turn a few times, and you're ready to pepper.

Operating and maintaining your Bali Peugeot mill

Cleaning: empty mill completely, turn upside down. Screw it on again and turn it empty. To maintain your beechwood, use olive oil once a month to lightly polish your Bali mill with a cotton cloth. A thin film will suffice; if you can't use olive oil, linseed oil or Vaseline will achieve the same effect.
