Ahh the little smoky taste of this mixture... a great rub classic and, on closer inspection, it contains many of the ingredients of the famous k.. sauce.
Smoked paprika, garlic and onion combined with a few fine aromatic herbs such as green oregano and thyme flower.
We don't grind our blends too fine to preserve the organoleptic qualities of the spices.
