Sejak-grade organic Hadong green tea from Korea, with deep aromas of artichoke and cooked chestnut, and fresh vegetal notes. With no bitterness when infused for less than 2'30, its liquor is a beautiful straw yellow with green highlights.
Hand-harvested in the mountainous district of Hadong, our green tea is produced using Korean methods over 1000 years old. Deoxidation takes place very quickly in the wok, ensuring a milder, less bitter taste.
Our Jungjak grade organic green tea (May 2019 harvest) has a deep taste and is the result of long exposure to the sun. It's recommended for lovers of the herbal flavors of green tea.
