Do Brasil Rub bio

This South American rub is less strong (less spicy) than the original Texas rub. It is composed of paprika and turmeric for roundness, but also mountain savory and thyme for freshness, a fine Belem pepper, cumin and caraway (meadow cumin) for heat, sugar, salt and chili (light).
