How to use your Tahitian mills

Welcome to the salt and pepper ceremony! Place one of the mills in front of you, unscrew the beautiful locking knob and remove the cap from the mill stem. Fill the mill with a fine red alae salt or organic Tellicherry pepper. Close, turn a few times, it's salted.

Operating and maintaining your Tahiti Peugeot mill

Filling: from the top by unscrewing the knob

Cleaning: empty mill completely, turn upside down. Screw it on again and turn it empty. To maintain the wood, use a damp cotton cloth to lightly rinse your Tahiti mill with water once a month. If the mill is too dirty, use slightly soapy water and rinse well. Never put water in the mill.
