Extra-virgin olive oil from France, produced from an olive grove of some 30 trees, all between 50 and 100 years old, with no treatment other than fly control using diammonium phosphate traps recommended by AFIDOL (Association Française Interprofessionnelle de l'Olive). Olive oil obtained directly from olives using only mechanical processes. An exceptional product grown organically, with no water other than rainfall, no fertilizers, just mulch.
