Description
Further information

Pepper accounts for 25% of the world spice trade! The star spice, shall we say. But fame comes at a price... unfortunately, the pepper you buy in supermarkets is often nothing more than a pungent spice with little flavor, yet sold (wrongly) at the price of "noble" peppers such as ours. Each pepper is a journey, the first of which begins here...

If you wish, try to watch again the very interesting France 5 report on black pepper, the link is here
