Organic lemon turmeric ginger infusion

I've been drinking this infusion for years, as it's an excellent revitalizer after intense or long sports training sessions. Marathon runners will appreciate it for its taste, of course, but also for its real anti-inflammatory and antioxidant virtues. What is lemon turmeric ginger infusion?

Turmeric is well known as a powerful anti-inflammatory, but it needs to be combined with other products for it to have an effect in small quantities. It is also known to protect the liver.

In addition to the virtues of its cousin turmeric, ginger makes it easier to assimilate elements.

Thanks to its active ingredient curcumin, black pepper enhances the action of ginger and turmeric.

Lemons help reduce cardiovascular risk thanks to their flavonoids. Flavonoids have strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It is also a great source of vitamin C.

The blend of these four ingredients produces a regenerating drink that's great fun to drink, warm or hot in winter, cold in summer with a few mint leaves.

Infusion of ginger, turmeric, pepper and lemon

Recipe for Organic Lemon Turmeric Ginger and Pepper Infusion

- 4 teaspoons organic turmeric fragments or organic turmeric powder

- 2 tsp organic lemon fragments and juice of 1 fresh organic lemon

- 2 teaspoons organic fragmented ginger or organic ground ginger

- 1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper, crushed in a mortar and pestle

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 50cl water

Infuse turmeric, ginger, lemon fragments and cracked pepper in water that you will heat but not boil. Leave to infuse for around 20 minutes;

Add honey and lemon juice. Mix and strain.

Enjoy hot or cold at will.
