Organic bear's garlic is also known as wild garlic, wood garlic or badger garlic in the Netherlands, according to the legend that these animals eat it to purge themselves after coming out of hibernation. Certified FR-BIO-01, our organic wild garlic is of the highest quality, so you can use it in your salads or as a daily seasoning in place of salt. The photo does not represent the product for sale. Please note that the cut is 2-4mm.
Plante herbacées d’une trentaine de centimètre de la famille des amaryllidaceae, l’ail des ours Bio en feuille coupée s’utilise en tisane ou en assaisonnement. 1 cuillère à soupe 5 minutes en infusion dans une tasse pour bénéficier de ses propriétés antiseptique. En alimentation l’ail des ours Bio permet de donner du goût à vos plats et salades et permet d’éviter le sel. Attention, la coupe de l’ail des ours peut parfois varier d’une récolte à une autre.
