Organic Caofé rub

Preparation

Take one or two spoonfuls of the mixture and rub well into the meat. Cover and leave to stand for 1-2 hours at room temperature.

Grill meats over direct heat for a few minutes. Turn and grill the other side.

Once the desired degree of doneness has been reached, set aside on a plate and cover for a few minutes.

If the season isn't right for barbecuing, you can cook the meat in a hot pan. There's no need to add fat for cooking.
