Organic Caofé rub

Preparation

Take one or two spoonfuls of the mixture and rub well into the meat. Cover and leave to stand for 1-2 hours at room temperature.

Grill meats over direct heat for a few minutes. Turn and grill the other side.

Once the desired degree of doneness has been reached, set aside on a plate and cover for a few minutes.

Si la saison n’est pas propice au barbecue vous pouvez tout à fait cuire la viande à la poêle bien chaude. Il n’est pas nécessaire de mettre du gras pour la cuisson.
