Organic Couscous

What is organic couscous mix?

It's a clever blend of organic spices (16 in all), including cumin of course, but also caraway, garlic, fennel, ginger, galanga, turmeric and other sweet and peppery mints; a little cayenne pepper to spice things up and we're ready to prepare our marga (broth and vegetables for couscous); the couscous blend is a simpler, spicier variant of the ras el hanout Bio blend.
