What is Basque curry?
is first and foremost the meeting of southwestern France and Asia, and like Vadouvan, a blend of Franco-Indian spices, a beautiful meeting of genres.
Here we have PDO Espelette pepper and organic paprika blended with fenugreek, coriander, cumin, turmeric and organic ginger. An explosive blend that will enable you to revisit chicken à la basquaise and so many other south-western recipes.
