This Ethiopian coffee is the result of the work of several small producers in the south of the country: the Gedeo zone in Yrgacheffe (Irgachefe). Grown at an altitude of 1,800 m, our coffee really does originate from this town (unlike many other identical appellations).
Typical of this region, mocha (a variety of Arabica) is endemic to Ethiopia and gives this coffee the floral notes we find in jasmine flowers.
