Organic 5-berry mix

Our 5-berry blend is composed exclusively of real peppers (piper nigrum) of different maturities, pink Brazilian berries and coriander. Coriander, of course, but not just any coriander! In fact, we make it a point of honor to buy this magnificent apiaceae only in France, and more specifically in Isère. Yes, it's more expensive, but it's incomparable with coriander from other countries, notably Egypt, which is smaller and far less aromatic.

So, to return to our blend, three piper nigrum, a magnificent white pepper from Sri Lanka, a beautiful black pepper from Malabar and a green pepper slowly dried in Kerala. This trio is combined with coriander from Isère and a grade 1 Bahia berry, the top Brazilian pink berry, sorted and graded by hand.

How to use the 5-berry blend :

On the flavor side, the freshness of coriander rises to the surface, followed immediately by the suave sweetness of pink peppercorns, and a fine attack on the palate with black pepper, followed by green pepper and musky, animal white pepper. All in all, a blend of 5 organic berries that you can use every day to perfect your dishes with a coarse grind for those who love strength, or a fine grind for a more discreet spicy touch.

Whether for salads, meat or fish, the 5 berries blend can be used in a wide range of dishes. Don't hesitate to use it in jams, you'll be surprised.
