Place des épices joins the Collège Culinaire de France

It was with great pride that we received by mail our unanimous acceptance as a Quality Artisan at the Collège Culinaire de France. As passionate about gastronomy as we are, to be recognized by such exceptional men as Alain Ducasse, Joël Robuchon, Alain Dutournier and Thierry Marx as one of the fifteen great founding chefs, is a rare privilege that we fully appreciate.

The Collège Culinaire de France is the benchmark institution for French gastronomic culture, and to be part of it as a quality artisan is an honor to be savored and cultivated over time; never forgetting where you come from and where you're going, always giving priority to quality products and the people who produce them.
