Organic Malabar black pepper

This organic pepper comes from a small-scale farm producing just a few tons a year, which is not a lot in the pepper world. Ideal for grinding on meat just out of the oven, or on a salad, this fruity organic black pepper is a Piper nigrum, very dark brown to black in color.
